Shining a Light on
The Claremont Institute
An obscure California think tank, The Claremont Institute, has become the ideological center justifying “Trumpism.” The organization posts the biggest threat to America's “multiculturalism.” Key players in this radical right-wing organization participated in the January 6th insurrection and continue to publish justifications for “taking back America.” In this presentation, our speaker will profile the think tank and show how it connects to MAGA-GOP strategies including the attack on Critical Race Theory, promotion of the Hillsdale College model of education, and recruiting a new generation of radical Republicans (and more recently, sheriffs from around the nation).
