This class is presented with the assumption that everyone can learn to live a life of considerably more peace, joy, love and freedom than most of us do now.
This is true because these qualities come NOT from something or someone “outside” of ourselves but from within. Our process then, is an “inside job.”
The concept is simple, the process is simple, but….it does take practice. This class is about the process and the practice.
