Qigong for Health and Vitality by Zoom

The Qigong drop-in class is now online. Thursdays, 10 - 11, and Tuesdays 7 – 8 in the evening, on Zoom, FREE. This is a very good time to begin (or renew) a Qigong practice to improve your immune system and general health, and to manage stress. Qigong is very accessible for all levels of fitness and can be done sitting in a chair if you like.

Qigong is an empowering self-care practice with origins in Traditional Chinese Medicine sometimes described as “Chinese Yoga” or “Acupuncture without Needles.” (You may be more familiar with TaiChi, the martial application of Qigong.).
We practice Qigong for better health, vitality, longevity. We practice breathing, meditation (moving and still) and self-applied massage. These powerful mind body practices are simple and relaxing and accessible to all at any level of fitness and physical ability...they can be done standing or sitting with equal benefit. |
