This Week's RE Newsletter

C L A S S E S

Currently the Church Campus is closed.  We are joining together weekly to learn about our faith and others, share some spirituality, and then have a time to socialize and support each other.  See below for details.

Live Religious Education via Zoom at 10:20 am

We Don't Run Away When Things Get Hard.
Sunday, February 28th
10:20 am Zoom

Building a Beloved Community and journeying toward spiritual wholeness isn't easy.  Come hear about several African American heroes that didn't let obstacles stop them from achieving their goal. Bring a deck of playing cards to the meeting for our game.

We are creating a virtual relay for justice.  Download the picture and instructions here to make your paper towel roll baton and check out this video for inspiration.

No matter your age, ALL ARE WELCOME to join us if you are in line with our UU values and principles.  Not on our current religious education mailing list?  Sign-up here and a Zoom link will be emailed to you.  Call Catherine Bonner at (941) 720-8437 if you have any questions.

Our Church is in alignment with the Black Lives Matter movement.  We encourage all parents to talk to your children about racism and what the protests are all about.  Below are some resources you can use to start the conversation or for you to learn more.
