Tai Chi is an empowering self-care practice with origins in Traditional Chinese Medicine sometimes described as “Chinese Yoga” or “Acupuncture without Needles.”
We practice Tai Chi for better health, vitality, longevity. We practice breathing, meditation (moving and still) and self-applied massage. These powerful mind body practices are simple and relaxing and accessible to all at any level of fitness and physical ability...they can be done standing or sitting with equal benefit.
